CTI's mission is to provide hope through research. Our multi-disciplinary organization consists of a medical team that facilitates quality clinical research providing superior patient care utilizing cutting edge technology and treatment.

Clinical Trials, Inc., is a unique, privately owned multi-specialty research facility that has an established reputation for conducting clinical research trials efficiently and of the highest quality. Our research team of physicians, nurses, clinical research coordinators, and technicians is committed to providing quality clinical research and superior patient care. Since our founding in 1993, we have gained an outstanding reputation among our community and industry.

Victor Biton, MD is our director and board certified neurologist, with added qualifications in clinical neurophysiology. He has over 18 years of clinical research experience and has published many papers based on his clinical work.

We are currently conducting CNS studies for the treatments of Alzheimer’s Disease (AD), Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN), Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and Parkinson’s Disease (PD). In addition, we are capable of conducting Phase I trials.
We are a very devoted company, passionate about bringing new drug and device treatment to those in our community who suffer.

Our state-of-the-art facilities include dedicated monitor area with communications and copier, CLIA approved laboratory, secured, double-locked ambient and refrigerated study drug storage, on-site medical records, CRF and CRF archive storage, ECG equipment, EEG equipment, and specialized laboratory equipment. Our proximity to Baptist Health Medical Center (the largest private hospital in Arkansas), allows for immediate access to MRI, CT, and PET imaging, and one of the most advanced cardiology labs in the country. Our Phase I unit includes 27 rooms (double-bed) and is part of the Baptist Plaza Hotel (3rd floor), located less than 100 yards from the ER. The unit features an on-site lab, video monitoring, and a 24-hour shuttle in case of emergency. We also utilize a wing at a local hospital for studies that require more intense/difficult procedures.
We have conducted over 200 Phase I-IV studies, including pharmacokinetic/bioavailability, pharmacoeconomic, pharmacogenomic, drug interaction/cross-over studies, and quality of life studies. We have been a top enroller in many national and international studies, we have passed all FDA audits, with no 483's.
